Returns and Cancellations Policy
We only except returns or refunds under the following:
An item arrives broken or damaged. A refund or replacement will be issued on successful return of the item.
The wrong item was shipped. In the event of the wrong item being shipped a replacement will be sent and the wrong item will need to be returned.
We are not liable for customs charges or return postage.
We will only accept cancellations within 24 hours of an order being placed. This is due to all items being made to order.
